ORNATE IT ("we", "us") is a software and telecom company based at Ornate House, Plot-1181, Nurerchala Main Road, East Baridhara, Vatara, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through ornateit.net and our client panel at ap.ornateit.net.
What we collect
We only ask for what we need to answer you and deliver the service:
- Contact and order forms: your name, mobile number, email, company name, district and the message or requirements you write.
- Client account: the details you register with in the panel, plus invoices, payments and support tickets tied to your account.
- Live chat and WhatsApp: the messages you send us and the contact details attached to them.
- Website usage: basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, recorded in ordinary server logs.
We do not ask for card numbers, bank credentials or national ID through this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and set up the service you ordered.
- To run your account — invoices, payment records, service notifications and support.
- To improve our services and keep the website secure.
We never sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.
Who else can see it
Your information stays with our own team. A few trusted services help us run the site, and they only see what they need to do their job:
- Tawk.to — powers the live chat window and stores those conversations.
- Google Fonts and Google Maps — load the site typeface and the office map.
- Our hosting provider — stores the website and the client panel.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and order messages are kept for up to 24 months. Account, invoice and payment records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, as business and tax records normally require.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your enquiry data, where we are not required to keep it.
- Ask us to stop sending you service or promotional messages.

Security
The website and panel run over HTTPS, access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, and we take routine backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as carefully as we treat our own.
Changes
